We are looking for Recruiter to join our team.

Recruiter in coordination with HR Team is responsible for in identifying staffing needs, determining selection criteria, interviewing, and selecting potential candidates for the final recruitment stages.

Recruiter is a primary contact point for candidates and is responsible for candidate feedback and communication until the recruitment process is complete and new employee starts adaptation process. Recruiter documents all interactions with candidates and stores information in ATS.

Recruiter assists HR Team with all aspects of staffing, some aspects of employee engagement and may participate in other HR projects.

YOU will be involved in:

  • In cooperation with managers developing/editing job descriptions and finalizing searching criteria per vacancy;
  • Agreeing on recruitment flow and stages per position (number of interviews, participating parties, technical task etc.);
  • Interviewing and selecting candidates for final decision stage;
  • Testing candidates according to position;
  • Providing candidates on time feedback and outreach availability during all the recruitment process;
  • Managing candidates’ profiles in ATS, providing full information on questions covered during interview and assessments performed to decision makers;
  • Providing analysis of performed work;
  • In cooperation with Talent Searcher performing market analysis for positions in work, notifying on improvement ideas or potential problems with pipelines/recruiting partners, proposing new sources for candidates’ attraction.

Person we are looking for:

YOU need to have:

  • Higher education (preferably in Human Resources direction, Psychology, Sociology or similar);
  • Verbal and written English on level Upper-Intermediate (B2)+;
  • Proven working experience in recruitment (preferably with IT positions) 5 years+;
  • Knowledge of searching instruments (X-Ray, Boolean search etc.);
  • Follow IT market tendencies.
  • International mindset;
  • Readiness to work with the full-cycle recruitment;
  • Stakeholders management;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks;
  • Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines;
  • Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
