🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Motion Designer, you’ll take creative ownership of our motion content and elevate our marketing to the next level. You’ll collaborate directly with our Creative Marketing Strategist and other cross-functional teammates to drive performance and visual excellence.

• Lead the creation of high-performing video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Animate and enhance photo/video assets with precision and style
• Own editing, motion design, keying, tracking, color grading, and post-production
• Help shape our creative strategy and participate in ideation of ad concepts
• Integrate AI-generated assets (voiceovers, avatars, visuals) into marketing videos
• Stay on top of trends in digital advertising and video storytelling
• Mentor junior motion designers if needed

✅ What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in motion design or video editing (agency or in-house marketing team)
• A strong portfolio with mobile-focused ad creatives and viral video work
• Expert-level skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Familiarity with AI tools like CapCut, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Arcads, D-ID, and others
• Solid understanding of design principles, storytelling, pacing, and user attention flow
• Experience working on performance ads (DTC, mobile apps, UGC, etc.)
• Confidence in pitching visual ideas and taking ownership of the creative process
• English: upper-intermediate or higher
• Bonus: experience in mobile marketing or cybersecurity space
