IT Account Manager, Customer Relations Dept


Необходимые навыки

Fluent English speaking/writing;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to details;
Ability to analyse and understand customers’ problems and work with Company staff to develop a best possible solution;
Planning, analysis and reporting skills;
Ability to work in high-stress environments and a proven ability to exercise judgement even in a crisis;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to take responsibility;
Ability to multi-task.

Будет плюсом

Experience in Customer Support or Sales team would be a plus;
Experience in the IT field (Web sites and applications (HTML, frameworks, web server));
