We need an independent recruiter with experience in closing vacancies in international markets, who can independently lead projects, build a strategy and implement it. Possesses fantastic organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do:
- Form a search strategy, determine appropriate tools, channels and resources based on the specifics of the hiring market and positions;
- Manage the full cycle of recruiting new teams for the company’s projects;
- Carry out the full cycle of recruitment (from the application to the exit of the candidate) using the best recruitment practices;
- Calculate the optimal budget for the implementation of personnel recruitment projects;
- Ensure collection and verification of all necessary documents of candidates;
- Correctly keep reports, manage the candidate database, reflect the advancement of candidates in the hiring process;
- Participate in the adaptation of new employees;
- Conduct market research, monitor industry innovations and adapt them to the recruiting process;
- Form a personnel reserve and create harmonious relations with potential candidates;
- Support the employer’s brand, promote the company’s reputation as the best employer;
- Participate in the global initiatives of the HR department.
Experience and skills required:
- Passion for recruiting;
- Proven recruiting experience in international markets (preferably Latin America, Africa, etc.);
- Proven experience of independently conducting a full cycle of recruiting for international companies;
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of practical application of best practices and trends in personnel selection;
- Understanding the specifics of recruiting for administrative and creative positions;
- Practical experience of selecting remote teams in different time zones;
- Ability to adapt to cultural characteristics and national mentality of candidates in different countries;
- Practical experience and in-depth knowledge in evaluating candidates;
- Fluency in English is a must!
- Practical experience with software for personnel selection;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and strong decision-making skills.
