The position requires candidates to be based in Lviv.

Project overview:
Systematic is ramping up in the Defence business area, we are on the look out for a Senior Business Analyst. You will be working closely with 3rd party, rolling out a mission-critical solution that creates value by simplifying decision-making when it matters.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize system requirements, considering tactical usage scenarios.
• Create product vision, user stories, job stories, and BPMN diagrams.
• Assess potential risks and constraints (connectivity loss, security, performance).
• Collaborate with military experts, developers, cybersecurity teams, and DevOps.
• Develop and maintain the project roadmap.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and distributed system design.
• Proficiency in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives).
• Analytical mindset and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Experience writing technical documentation for military or defense projects is a plus
• English proficiency (B2+ level).

Will be an advantage:
Experience in cloud solutions, military, or mission-critical systems.
