Project overview:
Systematic is ramping up in the Defence business area and are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager. The role includes, to take on the leading role of delivering the product to Defence end-users in Ukraine together with a 3rd party.

You will be working closely with customer, 3rd party and end-users, rolling out a mission-critical solution that creates value by simplifying decision-making when is matters. Your focus will be to ensure, that the project is executed and managed according the customer contract.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of Defence Services projects for customer in the Ukrainian market.

• Designing, proposing, and managing successful projects from inception to closure.
• Coordinate across project stakeholders including the customer, end-user organisation and external stakeholders, the project team, Systematic management, and internal Systematic stakeholders such as product support and development teams.
• Responsible for managing possible multiple concurrent projects, delivering to agreed scope, time and quality.
• Support sales team with project estimating and proposal development.
• Administrative project manager duties (D365, JIRA).
• Issue and Risk Management (JIRA).
• Project monitoring and controlling incl. weekly reporting to management.
• Conduct monthly and weekly Steering meetings.
• Facilitate project scrum meetings.
• Facilitate proximity to local end-users and stakeholders.
• Help to pursue commercial opportunity in-country within sales organisation.
• Help to support coordination with other Systematic-UKR projects.
• Help with reporting on market situation and opportunities.
• Reporting to DEF Service Delivery, Extensions Program Manager.

Requirements:
5-15 years of experience as a Project Manager in a commercial context.

• Project Manager qualification from PMI, PRINCE2 or similar.
• Line management experience.
• English — fluent
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a numerate discipline. IT or project management qualification is preferred
• Defence industry experience is preferred
