Project overview:
It is a big Danish e-commerce platform for creating chatbots (with AI tools) for different businesses.
Responsibilities:
Build AI chatbot solutions, demo the Chats’ configurations, using the AI tools/agents
Develop and maintain core product extensions via JavaScript based solutions
Develop and maintain connectors with third-parties based on REST API requests
Participate in technical discovery call during the sales process and be part of the discussions with prospects’ executives around their business needs and vision of a solution
Architect solutions and configurations for prospects, customers and partners
Present and demo recommended solution to prospects, customers and partners
Respond to a wide range of technical questions from prospects, customers and partners either individually or by collaborating with different teammemerss
Troubleshoot existing AI agent solution configurations
Provide market insights and feedback to the product development team
90% of time — for bot builder and 10% — for the communication with the customers/
Requirements:
JavaScript development experience at least 3 years
REST API requests experience
Experience working with AI agents or willingness to work with them
Understanding how Conversational AI platforms support e-commerce performance, manage customer interactions
University degree in computer science or similar
English — at least Upper-Intermediate level
