Project overview: Plandent Digital is an innovative organization at the forefront of Patient Management Systems within the Dental Industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. Plandent A/S offers an extensive array of services and products catering to the dental industry. Within Plandent, DentalSuite operates as a specialized unit, offering Practice Management Software (PMS), clinic administration tools, an online portal, and digital imaging management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join our virtual and hybrid Scrum Team. This BA will work alongside another BA who possesses deep industry knowledge. The primary responsibility of the BA is to ensure that user stories and backlog items are well-understood, including both existing product and technical perspectives.

Collaborate closely with the Head of Development & Architecture to gain a deep understanding of product functions and technical aspects
Ensure user stories are actionable
Work with the Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and the Head of Development to estimate, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, recognizing the diverse perspectives of a cross-border team.
Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders across borders, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and process flows, emphasizing clarity for remote team members.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams across locations
Assist in the identification and resolution of technical issues and discrepancies

Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst with a strong technical focus in an Agile/Scrum environment, including experience in virtual and hybrid team settings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in a technical context.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, emphasizing effective communication in a cross-border context.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to facilitate communication across international team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, adapting to the challenges of virtual collaboration.
Required — hybrid model of work (office/home)
