The position requires candidates to be based in Lviv, we consider the candidates for full-time or part-time cooperation.

Project overview:
You will work closely with the management group and all departments at Conscensia with a focus on data, and improving data analytics.

Responsibilities:
Analyze company data to identify trends, patterns, and insights across all departments
Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements and objectives
Recommend which data to collect and how to collect it to maximize insights
Design and establish a datawarehouse to combine data from various sources
Create and maintain Power BI reports to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders
Mature the company’s use of data and simultaneously adopt AI tools
Automate company processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
ERP, CRM: Customize the HRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the organization
Create the foundation to develop the business further

Requirements:
Experience in data analysis and business intelligence at least 3 years
Experience in Power BI for creating interactive and insightful reports
Experience with Power Automate for automating business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficient in English
Willingness to learn and contribute to company success
Leverage AI to enhance data-driven decision-making
