Office-based role, 5 days a week

Objective: To support the IT team in enhancing data visualization and reporting capabilities through the implementation of Power BI reports within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 HRM system

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with OPR team members to understand reporting requirements and objectives.
Utilize Power BI and Dynamics 365 HRM system data to create insightful and interactive reports.
Assist in the customization and creation of new reports as per the team’s needs.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the reports.
Provide support in troubleshooting and optimizing Power BI report performance.
Keep abreast of the latest Power BI features and Dynamics 365 updates to leverage new functionalities.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with Power BI, data visualization tools, and basic data analysis techniques.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 HRM system is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
