We are mainly using Java 8 and soon upgrading to 11. We use a Jetty server built upon Microsoft SQL Server with Hibernate ORM in between. It serves thousands of clients through a REST interface and multiple custom Servlet Spec Web Applications. Integrations are individual daemons hooked up through JMS.
We expect you to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar. You will be a part of a team of 4 Software Developers and 3 QA Engineers with main focus on delivering world-class software. You as a responsible and motivated team member will be working on features development and improvement of the system.

Project description: We are dealing with a patient flow management solution that provides complete transparency, collaboration, and overview in and across departments, enabling management and healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible care for patients. Our platform provides robust real-time updates on patient flow across the entire system. The platform has desktop, web and mobile parts and is open for integrations, based on open industry standards as HL7. Technologically, it is a system with many integrations and many features. There are 2 central jetty servers where the backend server builds on top of the Hibernate, which is on top of an MSSQL server. We have 20+ integrations while 1000+ clients that we feed data to.
