Computools is extending its team and looking for a Middle Business Development Manager!
We deal with solution-type and outstaff projects and engage with customers throughout the world. We invite you to make our team even stronger with your skills, and we’ll help you grow and gain knowledge in four major industries of our expertise — Retail, Healthcare, Finances, and Consumer Services.

What we are looking for:

  1. At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager.
  2. Sales and negotiation skills.
  3. Knowledge of principles and psychology of sales.
  4. Analytical and strategic thinking.
  5. Understanding IT business and customer needs in the IT field.
  6. Basic understanding of technologies, frameworks, various models for providing IT services.
  7. Understanding of technologies and software development processes.

Knowledge of languages:

  1. English (upper-intermediate+).
  2. Any other language would be a plus.

Personal qualities such as:

  1. Organization.
  2. Sociability.
  3. Responsibility.
  4. Initiative.
  5. Creativity.
  6. Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  7. Decency.

What you will need to do:

  1. Work with incoming leads from different channels.
  2. Building comprehensive partnerships with leads / partners at various levels.3. Implementation and identification of new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  3. Working with the CRM system.
  4. Working with presales.
  5. Negotiating with clients/partners.
  6. Contracting and its support.
  7. Analysis of customer and lead information.
  8. Tracking IT business trends.
  9. Work with company representatives.
