We are on the lookout for the experienced Customer Success Manager, whose expertise will help to increase the value our customers get from Competera and company’s profit.
What you will do:
• Build and maintain partnership relationships with both executive sponsors and operational level to drive effective adoption, renewal & expansion through a combination of personal communication and reporting
• Act as a trusted advisor for the client’s executive, program and technical teams on solution deployment and development
• Analyze and discover customers challenges and find a way to address them with a current solution or formulate a request for a product development team
• Be the voice of the customer by providing critical feedback to help improve the overall experience, product and identify market growth opportunities
• Serve as a partner to the sales team(s) helping to identify new opportunities and providing account management support
• Conduct analysis of client solution usage and performance to help clients meet ROI and other success metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-house and client issues using analysis and creative problem-solving skills
• Lead the field test of new features and product hypothesis
• Maintain effective cross-functional relationships (i.e. Client Services, R&D, Marketing, and Sales) to ensure solid client service delivery and client-centric innovation.
• Act as a line of escalation of client issues
It is really important for you to have:
• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager/Client Manager
• Ability to quickly develop a positive rapport with clients and co-workers
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through email
• Solid time management skills
• Understanding of product and customer development principals
• Ability to conduct problem interviews
• Solid documentation skills (specs and requirements)
• Project management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve results
• Advanced level of English
Ideally, if you also have:
• Enterprise experience
• Product management experience
• Startups experience (founder)
• Consultancy experience (Big4, McKinsey, etc)
