You want to:
- Cover full-cycle recruitment for various roles, nurturing passive and active candidates’ pipeline,
- Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding,
- Initiate and support people operations projects (Engagement & Retention, L&D, Communications, etc.).
You have:
- Proven experience in in-house recruitment (sourcing, nurturing, screening, and competency-based interviewing are your best friends),
- True passion and love for what you’re doing and people around you,
- Impeccable communication skills, followed by Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency,
- Market research skills and an analytical mindset,
- Exceptional time-management skills and superpower to meet timelines.
