We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager in our Client Facing Team to improve the quality and efficiency of our service delivery operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and improving service delivery teams and possess excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
— Oversee the delivery of Competera services to customers, Investigate incidents (CD)
— Keep in touch with large accounts during regular sync calls
— Manage change requests for live customers (40 clients now)
— Assist with preparing for Quarterly business reviews with customers
— Suggest improvements in process/ product to make tasks repeatable and scalable
Requirements:
— Advanced level of English
— Task management
— Required tools: Jira, G-suite.
— Ability to work under minimum guidance.
— High communication skills, systematic mindset and relationship management.

— Technical background
