Responsibilities:
— Maintaining clients’ relationships on a strategic level starting from the first day.
— Ensure clients’ business goals are followed while the satisfaction rate is high.
— Conduct training sessions, and induce product adoption.
— Proactively identify clients’ needs and pains, and communicate them to Product Owners and the Delivery team.
— Handle incident review.
— Manage change requests, configuration changes and upsells.
— Take control of the renewal process to avoid potential customer loss.
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
— Fluent English.
— 3+ years of previous experience in an Account Manager role in the IT industry (B2B).
— Jira/Intercom, SalesForce user.
— Proactive approach to work, high communication skills, responsible and business-oriented.
Pleasant extras:
