We are now looking for a Product Manager to ideate and implement great solutions in one of the best RetailTech products. Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both cutting-edge math ‘under the hood’ and for deep expertise in the pricing domain.

What you will do:

  • Lead product backlog and roadmap, communicate to C-level and company-wide
  • Lead product development framework (problem discovery, solution validation, composition of specification documents)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams in designing value propositions
  • Be a part of Scrum/Agile RnD process
  • Manage product design team

Starter-kit needed to join the board:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role in B2B space
  • Good command of product metrics and BA
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS products
  • Good command of design thinking approaches
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Storytelling and presentation skills
  • User research skills (in-depth interviewing)

Pleasant extra:

  • Experience in pricing, assortment, and supply chain management in retail is a big plus
  • Good understanding of retail business processes
  • Experience with the product running on AI/ML
  • Familiarity with Amplitude, Full Story and/or other product analysis tools
  • Familiarity with Shape Up
