We are now looking for a Head of Communications to share knowledge on our innovative approach in pricing with decision-makers and users.
What you will do:
- Develop and deliver a long-term, centralized digital communications plan to ensure the effective alignment of digital communications and marketing channels
- Work closely with customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer success), mapping out Competera’s digital communication landscape to ensure consistent customer journeys
- Manage and streamline Content unit and PR function to make communication in all channels unified (SEO, PPC, social media, community, digital content, and design)
- Oversee the analysis of digital communications performance and use this to drive the consistent improvement of engagement and outcomes
- Standardize and implement working agreements to support the excellence of digital communications
- Handle preparation for public communication on behalf of Competera’s employees
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
- 2+ years experience in a Head of Communications or Senior Communications Manager roles
- Advanced English (both spoken and written)
- Creativity to find the uncommon ways to reach the goal
- Good command of project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Initiative, personal accountability, an eye for detail
