We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to leverage our sales operation and engage with our potential customers more effectively.

What you will do:

• Initiate contact with potential customers as per the incoming inquiries
• Identify potential customers’ needs, qualify as per Competera Ideal Customer Profile
• Present product information and its value proposition
• Connect customers with the expert/executive
• Facilitate sales process: follow up on the relevant interactions; collaborate with marketing and sales executives to ensure the company’s goals are met; support Account Executive
• Prepare and provide regular reporting on sales results
• Manage CRM (Salesforce)

Starter-kit needed to join the board:

• 1+ year experience in business development and/or sales
• Advanced English (both spoken and written), followed by excellent business communication skills along with active listening skills
• Good time management and analytical skills
• ​​Easy going and polite, consistent and organized with an eye to detail and ability to adapt on the fly when having a word with a client

Pleasant extras:

• Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM (e.g. Hubspot)
• Experience using Outreach, Intercom
• Experience in account management
• Spanish or Portuguese (nice-to-have)
