We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to leverage our sales operation and engage with our potential customers more effectively.
What you will do:
- Initiate contact with potential customers as per the incoming inquiries
- Identify potential customers’ needs, qualify as per Competera Ideal Customer Profile
- Present product information and its value proposition
- Connect customers with the expert/executive
- Facilitate sales process: follow up on the relevant interactions; collaborate with marketing and sales executives to ensure the company’s goals are met; support Account Executive
- Prepare and provide regular reporting on sales results
- Manage CRM (Salesforce)
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
- 1+ year experience in business development and/or sales
- Advanced English (both spoken and written), followed by excellent business communication skills along with active listening skills
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Easy going and polite, consistent and organized with an eye to detail and ability to adapt on the fly when having a word with a client
Pleasant extras:
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM (e.g. Hubspot)
- Experience using Outreach, Intercom
- Experience in account management
- Spanish or Portuguese (nice-to-have)
