Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both: cutting-edge math ‘under the hood’ and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Customer Support Engineer to change the way we keep our NPS rate high.

What you will do:
• Address customer inquiries within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot any platform malfunctioning with the help of the Engineering team
• Operate through Jira Service Desk, Intercom, Jenkins
• Educate customers on Competera Pricing Platform operations
• Reimagine the Knowledge Base, and keep it up to date

Starter-kit needed to join the board:
• 1.5+ year of Customer Service experience
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must
• Crush on technology and desire to grow in tech support
• Brilliant communication skills, followed by conflict management experience
• Experience with Jira and Intercom

Pleasant extras:
• Experience with Jenkins
• Basic SQL knowledge
