Job Description

CompassWay is currently seeking an SAAS Sales Manager who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business as well as establish new prospects. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
• Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
• Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
• Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
• Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
• Calling to establish new opportunities
• Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
• Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
• Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base
• BA/BS degree and 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
• Large account management or project management experience

Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies
• Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
• Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
• Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
• Strong time management skills
• Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines

Selection, Hiring, and Onboarding process

  • One of our team members will reach out to set up 30-minute Google Meet call with selected candidates
  • Candidates that made it to the next stage will be offered a 3-month full- or part-time contract with specific milestones (goals) to achieve.
  • On your first day, you will be assigned a number of training issues to complete during your onboarding period and a dedicated onboarding buddy who will help you close them and answer any questions along the way.
  • At the end of the 3-month period, we will evaluate the results of your milestone together with you and negotiate a long-term contract.


  • You will be hired as a contractor with a choice of how and when you want to get paid. We are open to part-time candidates!
