Strong knowledge of OOP
Strong understanding and 3+ years’ experience C# and .NET
Understanding of game development process and best practices
Good level software architecture and design experience
Good knowledge in multithreading
Performance optimization techniques
Strong understanding and 3+ years’ experience with Unity3D
Skills of animation
Experience with full game creation cycle, from idea to published product (can be small, but complete)
English (reading and writing, intermediate level +

Would be a plus:
If you have any experience with Windows Mixed Reality (Hololens + MR HeadSet)
Experience of Unity plugins usage (UI libraries, third-party services integration, etc.)
Experience of Unity Editor extensions and plugins creation
