— 1+ year of Product Management experience. Experience in B2B products!
— Familiarity with UX sketching tools (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq)
— Technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
— Experience in writing detailed product requirements/specifications.
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to quickly adapt to changing working environments and customer needs
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
— Hands-on experience with web UX design tools
— Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc)
— Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, RTP and networking protocols.
— BA in computer science or equivalent

— Perform market research and competitor analysis.
