— Work closely with external clients to gather detailed requirements while composing a detailed business case, and defining product requirements.
— Manage customer onboarding and training.
— Manage project deliverables and milestones.
— Assume overall responsibility on meeting project goals within the allotted schedule.
— Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
— Be the technical point of contact inside the company for all product related parties.
— Support clients with on-boarding plans for technical resources; including operations, admin and troubleshooting roles. Provide guidance on training, coaching and mentoring of client’s technical team.
— Report directly to the product team and all stakeholders on project status and convey client feedback.
— Generate new ideas, find creative solutions and cope in a rapidly changing field.
— Set up and fully configure new client accounts.
