Moneyball is looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team!

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important to our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Working alongside the design and developer teams you will be designing streamlined product flows and updated user interfaces. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Requirements:
— Keen interest in sports (e.g. Football, basketball, golf, etc)
— 4 years of proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer
— English level on the upper-intermediate or advanced level — daily communication with the product team in Sydney, Australia
— Some experience as Product Design
— Experience with HTML5 & CSS3
— Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
— Knowledge of wireframe/prototyping tools
— Up-to-date knowledge of design software and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch and InVision
— Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
— Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
— Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
— Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
— Good time-management skills, as we are a multi-country team with different time zones

Responsibilities on this role:
— Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
— Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
— Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
— Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
— Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
— Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
— Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
— Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
