THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone to fill an essential role in our Kyiv Recruitment Team, taking a lifecycle approach to recruitment processes, contributing to our talented group, and driving our company to new heights.

THE PERSON

— Qualifications & experience:
— 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
— Knowledge of the local IT market
— Understanding of the IT sphere and recruitment processes
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills
— Upper-intermediate English
— Experience conducting interviews
— Experience in market analysis and report preparation

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Full lifecycle recruitment: Lead/manage all aspects of the recruitment process by sourcing the best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, and coordinating interviews
— Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure an ongoing pipeline of external candidates
— Maintain candidate dialogue during the recruitment process and ensure that their experience is as positive as possible
— Maintain the candidate and corporate databases
— Participate in recruitment strategy development
— Attend job fairs and recruitment events
— Develop and maintain data-collation procedures and handle data requests as required
— Take a proactive role in building a strong employment brand within the local market
