As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of building scalable, high-performance solutions that tackle real-world security challenges. Every day, you’ll dive into various security systems, collaborating with in-house security experts, while working on fast-paced projects where turnaround times from requirements to full production can be as short as two weeks.

About Our Product: Our platform is a no-code solution where security engineers can build basic workflows. For more complex requests, such as handling high-volume processes (e.g., processing over 10,000 alerts per hour), we rely on senior engineers like you to focus on performance optimization, error handling, and workflow architecture. Your work will be driven by “use case definition” documents, guiding you through customer requirements as you build impactful solutions.

Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience in production environments.

— Hands-on expertise in Golang, with the ability to build and maintain robust backend systems.
— Excellent communication skills in English.
— Ability to work with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell when needed.
— Enthusiasm for problem-solving and a readiness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of challenges.
— Strong experience with modern cloud infrastructure and security products.
— Deep understanding of networking and application security.
— Solid knowledge of security best practices and industry standards, including SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, and public and private cloud architectures.

Responsibilities:

— Design and implement advanced security solutions on our platform to address real-world customer pain points.
— Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of solutions, especially for high-load workflows.
— Perform code and design reviews, guiding the engineering team.
— Troubleshoot and optimize workflows, focusing on performance and security.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on customer needs quickly and effectively.

Would be a plus:

— Experience automating and optimizing complex workflows.
— Familiarity with best practices in security operations and cloud-based architectures.
