As our Senior General QA professional (Manual and Automation), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest quality standards in the tech industry. You will take full ownership of the QA process, continuously improving and refining it to release superior products more frequently. By applying the latest best practices, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to set, communicate, and uphold quality standards across all departments.

In this role, you will execute the final and most critical phase of our product development process — synthesizing inputs from product, engineering, and design to deliver high-quality products that delight our customers consistently.

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and automatization QA processes in a high-growth environment and working experience with SaaS solutions and applications with In-App purchases.
• 4+ years of experience working with web and mobile content subscription products.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for software development lifecycle management.
• Expertise with QA management tools like Testrail.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to integrate automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to create and implement comprehensive test strategies with clear goals and actions.
• Experience delivering quality reports and insights to leadership and teams.
• Strong experience managing and organizing bug backlogs.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering, product, and design teams on quality standards and timelines.
• Be responsible for manual testing (web and mobile) and start implementation of automation testing.
• Define test specifications, and test plans before development begins.
• Report QA progress to various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across all levels.
• Develop and manage test specifications, test plans, and bug tracking in Jira.
• Identify and address blockers to ensure faster, higher-quality releases.
• Advocate for testability and drive best practices to prevent defects.
• Deeply understand our product to identify gaps in automated test coverage.
