We’re looking for a talented Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React and Next.js to join our team and help bring our vision to life. Our platform solves a major issue in the insurance industry: manual financial operations. Many companies still rely on time-consuming, error-prone processes, and we’re here to change that. By automating these tasks, our solution boosts accuracy, reduces effort, and enhances overall efficiency.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product and design teams, transforming Figma wireframes into top-notch, responsive web applications. You’ll work on our existing codebase, ensuring flawless functionality and an exceptional user experience as we revolutionize financial operations in the insurance world.

Requirements:

— 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer.

— Skilled in TypeScript to add static types and enhance code quality in complex apps.
— Experience with Redux, Recoil, or MobX for managing global state in large-scale React applications.
— Familiarity with CSS animations, Framer Motion, or GSAP to elevate user experience.
— A proactive, self-starting attitude with the drive to identify opportunities for improvement.
— Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
— Insightful, with a knack for understanding how your work ties into broader product and company goals.
— Experience fostering healthy communication and driving alignment.
— Confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

— Turn detailed Figma wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components using React and Next.js. Maintain design accuracy and consistency across devices.
— Collaborate with the product team to build features that address user needs, like financial dashboards and automated workflows, and continuously improve existing ones.
— Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with APIs (RESTful or GraphQL), troubleshooting as needed to optimize data fetching.
— Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and collaborate with teammates to tackle technical challenges.
— Implement best practices like lazy loading and code splitting to enhance performance, conducting tests and caching strategies for smooth, fast experiences.
— Diagnose and fix frontend bugs, ensuring compatibility across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
— Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and smooth collaboration between frontend and backend services.
— Based on feedback, refine the user interface to boost usability and address pain points.
— Be an active participant in our Agile process, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
— Create clear, concise documentation for new features and changes, ensuring knowledge is shared across the team.
