— 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar role at in-house recruiting; experience as a full life-cycle recruiter (!);
— Good sourcing skills and knowledge;
— A strong candidate network across multiple verticals and demonstrable experience turning passive prospects into active candidatesж
— A focus on results with the ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams;
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— Intermediate spoken English.

— Keeping up and updating an internal database of candidates.
