We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Sourcer / Junior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing channels to support our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and databases, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to match candidates with open roles based on required skills and qualifications.
- Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through emails, messages, and phone calls to assess their interest and fit for open positions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings by staying in touch with and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.
- Technical Skills (nice to have): Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other talent acquisition software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in handling candidate information and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in identifying potential challenges and finding solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
