— 4+ years of working experience in IT recruitment & HR
— 2+ years of leading the team following business goals/needs
— Understanding of specifics of IT outsourcing business 👨‍💻
— Knowledge and using of the best management practices/approaches
— Knowledge of business priorities and performing based on them
— Ability to drive issues towards completion

— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of written and conversational English
