We have launched 120 projects in Fintech and HealthCare producing Web and Mobile complex applications, SAAS solutions with our Happy Clients. Working with Startups helps us to jump into the most recent frameworks and approaches, working with ongoing business clients helps us to improve our skills on scaling and stability.

Expertise from your side 👉 :

• 4 years of sales experience in IT, among it 2 in outsourcing and outstaffing.
• You should be experienced in selling outsource / outstaff services for long-term engagement
• You know what you sell at a molecular level, constantly improving your knowledge, learning from your mistakes to avoid them in further
• You are self-confident, people trust you at the first glance
• You are a great negotiator, and you stand your ground fighting for each penny
• You can quickly identify clients’ real needs, dive into the project and materials and provide appropriate engagement from our team
• You know that lightning-fast steps in combination with processes are the key to success
That’s why we need a proven track record of your previous successes

Would be great 😻:

• Technical background in IT service/product company
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience in Public speaking/presentations pitch
• Familiarity with trending sales techniques and best practices

Responsibilities 💪 :

• You walk a Deal through every step, thoroughly collecting all the materials required
• You are focused on earning % from your Deals, not for Fixed Salary
• You are available 24/7 meaning you understand that opportunities will not wait for you
• You are a “quick problem solver,” immediately taking action on any issues and finding a successful way through
• You respect processes and follow them
• You are allergic to “I tried” and accept only “I did.”
• Noting all details of any communications and decisions made, making sure CRM is 101% filled
• English is conversational, above upper intermediate
