• 3 years of sales experience in IT
• You should be experienced in selling outsource / outstaff services for long-term engagement
• You know what you sell at a molecular level, always improving your knowledge, learning from your mistakes to avoid them in further
• You are self-confident, people trust you from the first glance
• You are a great negotiator, and you stand your ground fighting for each penny
• You can quickly identify clients’ real needs, dive into the project and materials and provide appropriate engagement from our team
• You know that lightning-fast steps in combination with processes are the key to success
That’s why we need a proven track record of your previous successes
Would be great 😎:
• Technical background in IT service/product company
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience in Public speaking/presentations pitch
• Familiarity with trending sales techniques and best practices
Responsibilities 🤩:
• You walk a Deal through every step, thoroughly collecting all the materials required
• You are focused on earning % from your Deals, not for Fixed Salary
• You are available 24/7 meaning you understand that opportunities will not wait for you
• You are a “quick problem solver,” immediately taking action on any issues and finding a successful way through
• You respect processes and follow them
• You are allergic to “I tried” and accept only “I did.”
• Noting all details of any communications and decisions made, making sure CRM is 101% filled
• English is conversational, above upper intermediate
