Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in Ruby;

— Strong knowledge of design patterns, basic algorithms, and data structures;

— Strong knowledge of GCP;
Expertise in working with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres);

— Able to propose creative solutions to complex problems;

— Good communication and self-learning skills;

— Level of English: Upper-Intermediate, both writing and speaking;

Responsibilities:
— Optimization, and improvement of the project;
— Taking part in technical architecture and design;
— Performing code review and production support;

Propose refactoring, modifications, and improvements;

— Propose technologies or architectures;

— Participate in code review;

— Follow agreed workflows and standards, and propose process improvement when necessary.

Interview stages:

— HR interview (20 minutes)

— Tech interview (1 hour)
