Expectations:
• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management in software development industry
• Deep understanding of the outsourcing business
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices
• Solid understanding of SDLC
• Experience with web-based projects will be a plus
• Strong experience in People Management
• Upper-intermediate English

Purpose of the role:
Managing Project Management team, building efficient processes for the company.

Expected scope:
The main challenge here is to define the strongest points of our employees and create opportunities to help them fulfill their potential. One of the main goals is to create for each project an involved team that can empathize the project, work closely with the management, understand the peculiarities of the future product.

Reporting line:
Working directly with CTO and CEO, based in Kharkiv.

Main responsibilities:
• Assign PMs to the projects according to the client’s requirements and expectations
• Establish a vision for the Project Management Office: strategy, structure and operating norms to implement this vision
• Recommend and oversee and enhancements in planning, execution and reporting
• Define and communicate performance metrics to management
• Analyze the projects and estimate their profitability
• Pre-sale activities
• Participation in key projects as PM (Fintech)
