This is a strategic division dedicated to advancing expertise in Artificial Intelligence and enabling the company to deliver AI-driven solutions. In this role you will shape the future of AI in the organization, connecting advanced research with real-world applications and business needs.
Role overview:
Develop and execute AI strategy: define and implement the strategic direction for AI expertise development, aligning with market trends and company objectives.
Drive expertise development: oversee R&D initiatives, participate in industry conferences, and establish partnerships to expand the expertise.
Market analysis and client engagement: identify AI opportunities, craft innovative solutions, and engage with clients to showcase our AI capabilities.
Support sales and delivery: collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure the seamless integration of AI expertise into projects.
Foster innovation and quality: define technical standards for AI projects, oversee architecture design, and ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Team development: mentor and empower the AI team, develop specialized training programs, and nurture a culture of continuous learning.

Key competencies:
Knowledge of AI trends, technologies, and applications (gen AI, LLM etc)

Experience building expertise within the organization
Strategic vision and proven ability to execute long-term goals
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Hands-on experience in AI R&D and solution design will be a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in public speaking
Education in computer science, technical background, Data/DS related experience is highly desired
