About the project

This is HIPAA Compliance project based on a Medical Practice Management system that allows users to enroll for medical services and empowering users and referring providers to access necessary patient information on the go.It’s also allows the dispatch of medical care as well as Billing, Auditing and Reporting.


  • Good experience in PHP (3+ and higher years)
  • Strong knowledge of Symfony
  • Experience with MySQL (Doctrine ORM) and knowledge of various database systems
  • Experience in designing and implementing web services with a REST and Web API (API Platform nice to have, but not obligatory) architecture
  • Experience with NGINX (nice to have) web server Apache Preferred
  • Experience in Unit and Integration testing
  • Ability to work with technical documentation/specifications for the project
  • Experience in the healthcare domain
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate and higher


  • Experience with AWS
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
  • Fullstack development experience (React)
  • Elasticsearch Knowledge


  • Develop and manage onboarding and off-boarding of the growing team
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues and ensure balanced win-win engagement initiatives are used
  • Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
  • Assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employees’ development (1:1, Performance reviews, IDPs)
  • Identify gaps, propose and implement changes that will positively influence employee experience
  • Conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
