We are inviting Lead Generation Manager to join our sales team and work on a permanent basis in our Kharkiv office.

IT lead generation experience (more than one year);
English (intermediate and higher);
Experience working with Excel and Google Docs;
Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Xing, Crunchbase, Angellist;
Experience working with the CRM systems;
Good analytical skills, strong attention to details, problem-solving, and prioritization skills;
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, and new challenges;
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
Understanding of the sales, marketing processes

Experience working with outreach automation tools as GrowthLead, Snov.io, Reply.io, etc

Обов’язки

Generate opportunities through Linkedin, emails, etc, by creating and maintaining outreach campaigns;
Update and maintain company CRM, manage leads and track activities and communication;
Research the pools of potential clients, figure out details to confirm relevancy, define the key contacts, generate interest and develop relationships;
Communicate with potential clients, work with company portfolio;
Work with the Sales and Marketing team to develop new ways of generating leads, cold contacting channels and nurturing strategies;
Keep highly detailed records and reporting of activity, meet or exceed monthly targets
