CodeIT is looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Requirements:
Experience in IT company, 2+ years overall
Thorough understanding of employment and labor laws
Strong organizational and project management skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Service and delivery approach
High level of self-motivation and proactivity is required
Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
Responsibilities:
Search, selection, and communication with candidates
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Developing a recruiting pipeline
Regular reporting to recruitment lead and hiring managers
Creation of job descriptions and job advertisements
Coordination and communication with staffing agencies
Onboarding and adaptation of newcomers
Participating in other HR projects (recruiting events, IT conferences, job fairs, etc.)
