We are inviting a Sales Manager to join our sales team and work on a permanent basis in our Kharkiv office.

Required skills:
• 2+ years experience in IT Sales services.
• Mastering communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and quickly adapt to the changing industry.
• Fluent both speaking and written English.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality.
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
• Ability to travel, as needed.

Would be a plus:
• Understanding of IT industry, software development processes.
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, RUP).
• Higher education in information technology or related fields.

Responsibilities:
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Meeting planned sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting.
• Engage prospective customers via all channels.
• Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
• Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise-level clients.
• Properly document all activity via company CRM tool.
• Closely cooperate with the marketing team.
