Our Requirements:

• You are located in Lviv
• 4-5 years in Project Management
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+
• Understanding of SDLC
• Understanding of methodologies(especially SCRUM framework)
• Practical experience working with T&M and Fixed-price projects
• Practical experience working with project management tools(Jira, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
• Practical experience running scrum ceremonies(planning, daily scrums, retro, etc.)
• Experience with invoicing and cost management
• Practical experience in People Management(1:1, performance appraisals, people development plan, etc.)
• Practical experience with client-facing and managing customer expectations

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-3 small projects at the same time (be responsible for timeline, scope, and budget)
• Manage customer expectations at all stages of the project
• Create tasks and stories for devs
• Conduct scrum ceremonies (daily scrums, planning, etc.)
• People Management (regular 1:1, working with HR on PDP and people salary roadmap, conflict solving)
• Create monthly invoices
• Report to C-level on project statuses
• Help with company initiatives
