Codebridge is looking for a high-potential Marketing Intern to join our team on a long-term basis. This role is for ambitious students or junior specialists who want to build a real career in digital marketing, not just “help with tasks.”

You will work directly with the Lead Marketing Manager and get hands-on experience in B2B tech marketing, including content, SEO, website management, campaigns, and marketing automation. We value curiosity, ownership, and fast learning more than years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Content & SEO Support

• Support execution of the content marketing plan (blog, case studies, website, LinkedIn)
• Research topics using AI tools and credible sources; turn insights into structured briefs
• Assist with content optimization (keywords, internal linking, content updates)
• Prepare outlines and drafts for articles, landing pages, and marketing assets
• Help maintain company publications: website, blog, landing pages

Marketing Operations & Web Support

• Update and maintain website content in Webflow
• Assist in structuring landing pages and improving messaging
• Support email campaigns, newsletters, and simple no-code automations
• Schedule social media content and assist with basic engagement

Campaign & Process Support

• Assist in launching and supporting marketing campaigns across channels
• Help maintain marketing processes, checklists, and task execution
• Use generative AI tools to speed up research, summarization, and content preparation

Research & Insights

• Conduct basic competitor and market research
• Turn information into structured summaries and briefs for the marketing team

Requirements:

• Currently studying marketing / communications / digital media or recently completed marketing courses
• Strong interest in digital marketing and B2B tech
• Ability to write clearly in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Good research and analytical skills
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, LLMs) in daily work
• Willingness to learn fast, experiment, and take feedback

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or websites
• Experience with Webflow, CMS tools, or social media scheduling
