Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Running employee surveys and gathering feedback
  • Welcoming new hires and help them integrate into the team
  • Coordinating laptop and equipment distribution
  • Sending gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions
  • Organizing greetings for holidays, birthdays, and work anniversaries
  • Driving online team activities like coffee breaks, games, etc
  • Managing internal communication channels (MS Teams chats, internal news)
  • Keeping our internal knowledge base up to date and easy to use
  • Taking care of office-related tasks (e.g., ordering access badges, tracking corporate merchandise)
  • Helping organize offline team-building events

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in HR and team culture
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic proficiency in Excel (working with tables, filters, formatting, basic formulas)
  • Based in Kyiv and available to visit the office a few times a month
  • English level: Intermediate+
  • Experience in HR will be an advantage
