Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Running employee surveys and gathering feedback
- Welcoming new hires and help them integrate into the team
- Coordinating laptop and equipment distribution
- Sending gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions
- Organizing greetings for holidays, birthdays, and work anniversaries
- Driving online team activities like coffee breaks, games, etc
- Managing internal communication channels (MS Teams chats, internal news)
- Keeping our internal knowledge base up to date and easy to use
- Taking care of office-related tasks (e.g., ordering access badges, tracking corporate merchandise)
- Helping organize offline team-building events
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in HR and team culture
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in Excel (working with tables, filters, formatting, basic formulas)
- Based in Kyiv and available to visit the office a few times a month
- English level: Intermediate+
- Experience in HR will be an advantage
