Our clients are a product and service-based companies from the United States and Europe.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Technical Writer.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to understand complex technical information
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Capable of analyzing and organizing complex technical information and writing clear, coherent, user-friendly documentation
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency in all written materials
• Proficiency in reviewing, editing, and proofreading documents for grammar, style, and consistency
• Proficiency in structuring and organizing documentation for ease of use and navigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Ability to incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience with Notion, HelpScout will be a plus
• English — Advanced (C1)

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and clarify technical details
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly and easily understandable language
• Write and maintain technical content for various audiences, including end-users, technical teams, developers, or other stakeholders
• Review, edit, and proofread documentation for grammar, clarity, and accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of written documentation and validate them with stakeholders
• Organize and structure information logically for ease of navigation and readability
• Maintain, keep up to date and manage documentation on knowledge sharing applications
