We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with experience working on outsourcing IT companies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and the Project Manager, this pivotal role will drive the design and optimization of user interfaces for ERP/CRM projects across HR, Healthcare, Insurance, E-Commerce, and other domains. No toxic domains.
Employment Type: B2B, fully remote, full-time, not an outstaff. Long-term projects engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BAs to develop optimal customer flows.
- Design and refine UI for ERP/CRM projects, enhancing user experience.
- Create solutions that blend creativity with design principles.
- Manage the development and testing of prototypes.
- Conduct research in relevant domains.
- Develop and maintain company’s design book.
- Helping develop internal processes, while maintaining a collaborative role with senior management.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in UX/UI design (50/50 UX/UI).
- Strong experience with ERP/CRM systems or similarly complex platforms.
- Experience in outsourcing IT companies (team-based environment, no pure freelance).
- B2 solid English is a must.
- Figma proficiency (critical).
- Proficient in wireframing, concepting, and developing UI kits.
- Strong functional design skills (understanding business workflows and translating them into intuitive designs).
- Able to demonstrate a step-by-step design flow and handle corner cases, side flows, error states, and loading states.
- Excellent communication skills, Leadership potential, Strong problem-solving skills, Proactive, Self-driven, and a Team player.
- Understanding of Business Workflows
Nice to have:
- Research experience (user interviewing, competitor analysis, and usability).
- People management skills.
