We are looking for an experienced Lead generation manager (SDR) to join our Marketing team! If you have expertise in working with Upwork, Email, and LinkedIn, are awesome at handling hundreds of messaging threads, and can do everything it takes to ensure the lead books a meeting, then this role is for you! You will be able to further grow within the company to become the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads, nurture leads, establish contact with them, and schedule meetings.
  • Outbound correspondence with leads to schedule meetings and sell company services
  • Processing incoming requests and ensuring response in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up of potential customers via email, telegram, phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
  • Development of partner network and sales through it
  • Determining customer needs and maintaining accurate data in HubSpot CRM
  • Searching for a new customer base and working with the existing base of potential customers.
  • Collaborating with a marketer to plan and implement customer acquisition campaigns
  • Configuring LinkedIn outbound automation
  • Manage leads at all stages of the deal: from the first contact to the sale.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify leads that match our product portfolio.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation channels and campaigns. Propose ideas for future enhancements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
  • Meet the main KPI for providing qualified leads: the number of SQL and the number of scheduled sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: proficient in crafting compelling messages and pitches to engage potential clients across various platforms.
  • Attention to detail. We will be testing this.
  • Excellent level of English language (C1 level).
  • Experience working with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and others.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with sales to international clients.
  • Skills in analyzing and selecting quality leads, result-oriented.
  • Critical reliable internet connection, microphone, and camera of a good quality
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel (Google Spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.
  • Sales acumen and the ability to effectively attract and qualify potential leads.
  • Proactive self-driven approach.
