Job Summary — UI/UX Designer

We are searching for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with our product managers and engineers to build solutions that are easy to understand, easy to use, and that maximize value for our customers.

UI/UX Designer — What You’ll Do:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Collaborate with your team to develop and refine user personas
• Create user flows to illustrate how each user will interact with the product
• Optimize the delivery of useful information to our users in an easy-to-understand manner
• Design user interactions that are efficient and intuitive
• Leverage existing UI frameworks where applicable so you can focus on the user experience
• Build flowcharts, wireframes, and visual prototypes to clearly communicate how the application should function and look
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Conduct A/B testing and collect feedback from users to continuously optimize our offerings
• Create, maintain, and iterate design systems

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

• 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Speaking Ukrainian or Russian
• Excellent portfolio of projects available to share that showcase your UI design and UX capabilities
• Experience working with cross-functional scrum teams
• Knowledge of wireframe tools and collaboration software (e.g. Balsamiq, Miro)
• Up-to-date knowledge of prototyping software (e.g.. Adobe XD, Figma)
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate team members and various stakeholders
• Strong time-management skills
