We are launching a new product in the Tier-1 and looking for an experienced Project Manager to establish, maintain, and optimize efficient processes.

What you will do:
— Oversee operational management, risk handling, planning, grooming, and board management for the development team.
— Establish and maintain efficient release cycles and testing processes with clear ownership at each stage (Discovery → Delivery).
— Set up and improve workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technical units.
— Drive process alignment and prioritization as the team scales, ensuring structured project execution.
— Work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to refine delivery processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
— Ensure clear visibility of tasks, dependencies, and priorities in development boards.
— Facilitate fast-paced iterations and continuous improvement in project execution.

About you:
— 4+ years of experience in a Project Manager/Delivery Manager position (including web projects);
— Experience working in product companies or startups.
— Technical background — at least basic knowledge of Web, DevOps, Backend, and Frontend (previous development experience will be a huge plus).
— Hands-on experience with sprint planning, grooming, and delivery setup.
— Willingness to participate in documentation creation and process optimization with the team.
— Experience in hiring technical teams for projects.
— Experience in companies with short release cycles and A/B testing, as this significantly impacts delivery approaches.
— Adaptability in processes, belief in flexible approaches, not only strict methodologies.
— Ability to work with ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
— Good command of English, with strong professional communication skills.
