We seek a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managerial Reporting & Analysis:
— Prepare detailed managerial reports that provide insights into financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency across various departments.
— Develop financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify improvement areas.
— Provide in-depth variance analysis, comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts, and present actionable insights to senior management.
— Assist in strategic decision-making by delivering timely, data-driven reports and forecasting trends.
— Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.

2. Accounting & Budgeting:
— Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS).
— Monitor budget performance, highlight variances, and work closely with department heads to provide accurate and timely forecasts.
— Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
— Maintain the accuracy of general ledger accounts and support audits by providing clear documentation and analysis.

3. Financial Software Implementation & Optimization:
— Lead the implementation of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
— Configure and optimize software settings to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
— Train and support finance staff in utilizing accounting software effectively, enabling better reporting and data analysis capabilities.
— Continuously seek improvements in financial processes, leveraging technology to reduce manual efforts and enhance reporting accuracy.

4. Strategic Budgeting & Forecasting:
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a strategic budgeting process that aligns with organizational goals.
— Regularly update and refine financial models to incorporate new data and improve long-term financial planning.
— Provide forecasts and projections based on evolving business conditions, identifying opportunities to optimize resource allocation.

Additional Responsibilities:
— Assist in cash flow management, capital planning, and liquidity analysis to ensure financial sustainability.
— Stay abreast of industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure up-to-date and efficient reporting and budgeting processes.
— Support ad-hoc reporting requests from the senior management team.

Qualifications:
— Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA designation preferred).
— Experience with Big4 firms is highly preferred.
— At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, managerial accounting, or a related field.
— Expertise in managerial reporting, with a proven track record supporting executive decision-making.
— Experience with accounting software implementation (e.g., QuickBooks) is required.
—Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.
— Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey financial data clearly and strategically.
— Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present findings to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
— Experience in financial analysis, managerial reporting, and working with cross-functional teams.
— Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting software or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
